But it’s most likely neither you, nor the supplier, knows its exact origin or quality (per cent fermentation, per cent slaty beans, per cent unfermented beans, precise variety of cacao).  We can be your partner on-the-ground in helping identify and purchase Ecuadorian cacao, be it CCN-51, Nacional, or other varieties grown in Ecuador, and help you choose quality. Our services also include:

  • Sourcing cacao or semi-processed products (nibs, cocoa butter, cacao liquor) based on your needs and criteria.
  • Advise on export/import procedures and arrange export and logistics of your products to your destination.
